Picture Perfect

Picture Perfect, originally uploaded by atulsabnis.

There comes a time when you learn things for yourself. Along comes a teacher and breaks down everything that you have learnt. this new learning starts making sense. You build a body of work on this new knowledge. Then, you wonder if the teacher wanted you to de-learn your own learning, or build on what you already knew.

Learning starts making sense all over again.

  1. This is beautiful… the perfect place for reflection…

Just a thought: had you come back to the same spot during sunrise or sunset, perhaps there would have been a little more variety of colours and might have ‘enhanced’ that picture a little bit more? Not that this isn’t amazing enough as it, but just a thought.

I have a photography book, and I have noticed how most of the photographs were taken at ‘awkward’ timings – early in the morning/late in the night (though it doesn’t specifically mention the time of photograph-taking), since there is a fusion of those colours with the colours already there…

Hah. Anyway! Lovely photograph, really! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. it would definitely have been different – no doubt about that – if i was here at a different time of the day.

the most ‘awkward’ times are the ones when light plays a different dance
